How to care for Horween Chromexcel and Oiled Leathers with Saphir Greasy Leather Cream
Some of our favorite shoes and boots are made with Horween Chromexcel (CXL) or oiled leathers such as the Red Wing 875s pictured above. We have gotten a lot of inquiries as to which leather care product we recommend for such types of shoes or boots. For CXL or oiled leather shoes and boots we highly recommend Saphir Greasy Leather Cream. This cream is designed to restore and recondition oily leathers, leathers that are infused with oils in the tanning process.
